Allcargo Global Logistics Announces Stock Split and Interim Dividend

Allcargo Global Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2009 has :

(1) Declared that the Members of the Company have approved the sub-division of the face value of equity shares from Rs.10 per equity share to Rs.2 per equity share and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, by way of postal ballot voting with requisite majority. The Issued, Subscribed and Paid up share capital of the Company after sub-division is Rs. 249,622,530 divided into 124,811,265 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid. RNRL Denies Rumours of Out-of-Court Settlement with RIL

Reliance Natural Resources Limited (RNRL) has informed to the NSE and BSE that: “The rumours of an imminent out-of-court settlement with RIL on our gas supply dispute are completely baseless and speculative”.

The above clarification follows a rumour in the Indian capital markets yesterday and today that some sort of out of court settlement is being worked out between Anil Ambani (RNRL) and Mukesh Ambani (RIL).

Alstom Projects India Wins Hindalo Contract For Gas Treatment Plants in India

Alstom Projects India Limited has informed the Exchange that “ALSTOM Projects India Limited (“APIL”) has been awarded contracts worth Rs. 365 crores by Hindalco Industries Ltd. for Supply & installation of four gas treatment plants in India. Under the terms of said contracts, APIL will design, engineer, supply, install and commission two gas treatment plants each at the Mahan and Aditya aluminium smelters located in the states of Madhya Pradesh and Orissa. The plants, due onstream in early 2012 will capture, filter & recycle corrosive gas produced by the smelters, notably hydrogen fluoride, improving air quality and thus conforming to the environmental requirements”.
